Sprouts is a modular development platform that takes advantage of Ruby and RubyGems.
I had a go with Sprouts and as someone with little-no experience with ruby i was able to get up and running on Sprouts pretty quick, but i’ve not found it compelling enough to stick with it. However give it a try for your self and see if it suits your needs. Its especially good for unit testing.
